Katherine Rae is a licensed hairstylist at Miller’s Beauty Bar with nearly ten years in the beauty industry. A graduate of Rudaes School of Beauty Culture in 2016 and former owner of Ra•Di•Ant: Color & Extension Bar, Katherine brings both experience and heart into every appointment. She specializes in lived-in color, vivid and fantasy shades, extensions, gray coverage, haircuts, perms, and scalp-focused services—always prioritizing hair health while creating looks that feel authentic to each client. Outside of the salon, Katherine is a Malibu C Pro Independent Educator who travels to teach stylists and students the importance of proper product use and building strong scalp and hair foundations. She’s also a Colortrak Crew member and proud Olaplex enthusiast. Education has always been a huge part of her career, with over 100 advanced classes completed nationwide. She also co-founded Two Blondes Education alongside fellow stylist Savannah Milner. Katherine has completed Ben Mollin Project Tier One twice and Tier Two, strengthening her skills in public speaking, leadership, and connection—allowing her to better support and guide fellow hairstylists in both technical growth and personal development. She holds certifications in Total Oxidation Management, Sunlights Balayage Techniques, Brazilian Blowout, Perfecting Placement, Corrective Color, and multiple extension methods, giving her the tools to handle everything from subtle refreshes to major transformations. Her passion goes beyond color—Katherine believes truly great hair starts at the scalp. She proudly offers head spa and scalp-centric treatments, blending science, creativity, and care to help clients feel confident, supported, and seen. When she’s not behind the chair, Katherine enjoys life with her husband, a blue-collar steel mill worker, and their blended family—two young stepsons and her teenage daughters. She’s also recently become an avid hunter alongside her husband, embracing time outdoors and making memories together whenever possible.
